At Hadi & Hadia Kids Collection, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 48 hours of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Returns are only accepted for:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged product
- Defective item
- Size issue (subject to stock availability)
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or washed items
- Items returned after 48 hours
- Clearance or sale items
- Minor color differences due to lighting or screen display
Return Shipping Charges
- Customers are responsible for the return delivery charges.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Policy
- Refunds are only processed if the product is unavailable for exchange.
- Approved refunds may take 5–7 working days to process.
- Refunds will be transferred through bank transfer or the original payment method where applicable.
